Remote Control AI is a fully online hackathon for anyone excited about building with artificial intelligence. Developers, designers and the AI-curious join from anywhere and spend the event turning ideas into working projects.
Form a team or fly solo, pick a challenge, and build something that uses AI to solve a real problem, automate something tedious, or just make people smile. No travel, no setup: just your laptop and your creativity.
Requirements
Every project must be submitted by 4th Nov 2026 by 5pm PST through devpost. Each submission needs:
- Project name and one-line pitch — what it does in a single sentence.
- Description (150–300 words) — the problem, how your project solves it, and how it uses AI.
- Demo video (2–3 minutes max) — a screen recording showing the project working. Upload to YouTube (unlisted is fine) or Loom.
- Source code link — a public GitHub repo (or shared access) with a short README explaining how to run it.
- Tech stack — the AI models, APIs, frameworks and tools you used.
- Team info — names and emails of all members (1–4 people).
- Challenge track — which track you're entering, if there are tracks.
Optional: a live demo link, screenshots, or slides.
